Forest

September 2014

Acrylic painting of a forest scene. Alternating vertical tree trunks, with stippling green leaves in an abstract style.

This was an experiment in texture on the leaves and mossy ground. The vertical lines wound up more sparse and abstract than any actual representation of tree trunks.
